Dr.Raghava Dutt Mulukutla is currently the President of Association of Spine surgeons of India. He is Director and Chief of Spine surgery at Udai Omni Hospital and Apollo Health city, Hyderabad.

He graduated from Osmania Medical College, and did his MS (Orthopedics) from Kakatiya Medial College Warangal. After his initial training in India, he travelled to United Kingdom and was initiated into Spine Surgery at Royal national Orthopedic Hospital, London. He was also trained centres of excellence in spine surgery in Europe and USA.

He has publications in some of the top Journals in Spine, published chapters in Text books, and currently the series Editor for 10 monographs in Spine published by Theme, for worldwide readership. He started the Indian Spine journal in 2018 for the first time for the Association of Spine Surgeons of India.

He travels extensively teaching and training Spine surgeons across the Globe, gave 8 key note addresses both in India and abroad, and has given over 300 guest lectures in the last 3 decades.
